Our story
From Wags Dog Park to Wags Trusted Pet Care.
Where Wags began
From 2021 through 2023, Wags operated as Wags Dog Park at 152 Horton Street in Wilkes-Barre—a dog boarding, doggy daycare and dog training facility. Those years gave us hands-on experience caring for dogs with different personalities, routines, energy levels and needs.
Why Wags changed
Running a traditional facility taught us a lot—but one lesson stood above the rest: the best environment isn’t the same for every dog.
We chose to move toward more individualized care because we believe many pets benefit from a quieter, more personal approach.
Wags Trusted Pet Care represents the next chapter of that experience: professional knowledge combined with the personal attention of smaller-scale pet care.
